Thank you for your interest in having a custom design made! How does it work? I will gather information from you about what you have in mind, and I will send you digital renderings based on what you tell me. You will then have the opportunity to suggest changes, until we get it just right. I will then let you know the cost, and the timeline for delivery.
Sound good? If so, please pay the $50 design fee and please let me know what you have in mind in the notes field in the checkout page (I know you will be asked for your zip code for shipping charges; don't worry, there will be no shipping charge for the design fee, even after entering your zip code.) Please use an email address I can contact during checkout, as that will how I will follow up with you within a couple of days, not counting weekends.
If we go forward with the design, this fee will be applied to your bill. If it doesn't work out, the fee is non-refundable, as it pays for my time working on the design.
Custom orders are non-refundable, unless the fault was mine.
