Inspired by Woody Guthrie, who painted the words, "This Machine Kills Fascists" on his guitar,* I have made a necklace representing two knitting needles with the same words.
The pendant is about 2" / 5cm across, and comes in 16", 18", or 20" chain lengths, all in sterling silver. The picture of the necklace over the tee-shirt is 16".
At least 25% of the sales price of this necklace will go to charitable causes. The first organization I will be contributing to is United 24. https://u24.gov.ua/
Why Ukraine? Because what happens to Ukraine matters to everyone. If Russia wins, Ukraine will only be the first country invaded, not the last. History has taught us what happens when you let tyrants do their thing. And, because I want to show Ukraine and the rest of the world that we are not like the fascists in the White House. The way Zelenskyy was treated was shameful, and the Ukrainian people need help.
In the coming months I will announce which organization I will support through sales of this necklace next.
