Labor Day marks the end of summer, and the beginning of "No Sleep 'til Rhinebeck!" for me. I start ramping up production, trying to get a few new pieces made, and generally buckle down. With the kids home everyday over the summer, it is hard to do much more than keep up with orders. But, with them at school, I have a predictable workday. Whew!
Except for one weekend in September when the family and I go on an annual fall camping trip. I'll only be gone for a 4 days, and 2 of those are the weekend, so don't worry about it delaying orders at all. But, if you are trying to reach me, you will have to be patient, as I try to lay off looking at my cell phone while I am in the woods.
Here is a picture of me enjoying the naturally beauty of Chicago's lakefront, before heading out the woods.
