Hi Everyone! I am back from a week-long trip to visit with family in the Catskills. Since I am participating in Tour de Fleece (Team Twisted Spinners), I took a couple of drop spindles with me, and I managed to spin a little bit every day.
We came home to a broken A/C, which means my studio as well, so I spent our first couple of days back getting parts, and repairing the condenser. A new fan motor and capacitor (not a flux capacitor, sadly) we are cool again in time for this heat wave.
I am back to work, and have a bench full of orders to fulfill, and jewelry to make for Stitches Midwest! It's coming up fast, and I am excited to be part of Stitches for the first time. I am also doing my first Stitch Marker Swap!
